After enough (a mean, A LOT) shots with extension tube I started to realize that I could not focus the drop to be able to focus the refraction.
This one was shot with the doll almost below the tap. You can see the doll's hair very clearly. I also used a polarizer filter, which I believe improved the sharpness and contrast of the reflected scene. On the other hand, the droplet became a little bit more flat, since some light reflections were removed with the filter.
